Using our developed network of trusted professional service supplier’s we can advise relevant and competitive appointments
Coordination of the design process to ensure the client requirements are captured and agreed changes firmed and verified through close coordination with the cost consultant
Undertake a procurement strategy review at an early stage
Generation of the strategic project programme with clear gateway sign off stages to maintain project and risk control.
Production and continuous revision of project risk register inclusive of reduction methodologies through site surveys, programme critical path analysis and design development carefully instructed to limit risk exposure to the client
Assist contract selection options to balance the client and project critical objectives, complexity of the works and contractor market conditions
Management of detailed tender period and appointment of competent and reliable contractors through our trusted historic supply chain working with client/ external legal advisors to secure contract award
Providing contract administration/ employers’ agent services following contract award. Full project monitoring including; chairing progress meetings, monthly certification, project and programme monitoring, variation instructions and reporting for client/ funder leads.
